Charlie and his staff at the Law Offices of Charles F. Robinson are personally and professionally committed to serving the needs of our clients and their families. We believe it is our obligation to stay current on laws and regulations affecting our clients, to anticipate changes in the law, and to advocate for responsible, fair and realistic improvements in the system.

Confidentiality
Our professional ethical rules require that all client matters are confidential. Confidentiality is a client privilege. We will not violate your right to confidentiality unless you, the client, so instruct us.
Office hours
Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.
We have a mail slot in our wooden door for after hours deliveries.

We are located in Clearwater, Florida, a community in the greater Tampa Bay area. Our address is 410 South Lincoln Avenue. We are at the corner of Court Street and Lincoln Avenue.

Telephone
We understand that many of our clients are in crisis and need access to our office. We want to understand your question and give an informed response.
It is our policy that all telephone calls are returned either the same day or no later than the next business day. We have a voice mail telephone system to take your messages.

Fees are typically quoted in our opinion letter.
